DigitalBar is the product of years of insurance sector benchmarking by digital transformation experts Altus Consulting. First iterations of the DigitalBar service focussed on the digital capability rankings of UK Insurers. In late 2022, the scope extended to spot-check usability assessments via a joint venture with customer experience agency Pancentric Digital. These two consultancies now have a shared mission to formalise digital standards in this fast-moving sector and to promote customer-led innovation.

Pancentric Digital

Pancentric Digital was founded in 2003 and is an award-winning digital consultancy with specialist credentials in customer experience and agile transformation in the insurance sector. Clients include leading insurer brands, broker networks and challenger MGAs. Alongside their UX design and consulting services, Pancentric provides SaaS digital insurance solutions, email automation for insurance and intranet/portal solutions.
